Please Note: If you reset your password the system will have to re-generate your private key, this means that any documents you have electronically signed will have to be re-signed.

Our system does not store your password. Instead an encrypted "fingerprint" of your password is stored, this enhances the security of your details on our system, but does mean that we cannot tell you your password should you forget it. Submitting your username above will cause the system to email you a link that allows you to reset your password. If you submit your username above but do not receive the email, please check your spam quarantine folder, as it may have been quarantined. It may help if you add our email address: chris@ournarrowboat.co.uk to your whitelist or safe senders list.
